Goodness - this breakfast is delicious and super good for you! High in protein and lots of taste and texture! I prefer Trader Joe's ingredients - but of course your local market will do.
BANANA
2 STRAWBERRIES
PINEAPPLE CHUNKS
COTTAGE CHEESE
WALNUT CHUNKS AND PIECES
Slice banana, strawberries and pineapple into bite size chunks. Layer in small bowl and cover with a serving size of cottage cheese. Sprinkle walnut pieces and chunks on top and enjoy! The sweet fruit with the salty cottage cheese are a perfect blend - add the crunch from nuts and it goes to a whole 'nother level.
