Grab your wok or a nice frying pan and cook your favorite meat in oil with spicy red pepper paste, crushed red and ground black pepper, and minced garlic; add warm veggie selection. Add your favorite fruits and nuts and heat until completely warm.
While you’re cooking, prep the cold veggies and add to a bed of mixed greens. Layer a spoonful of stir-fry atop the bed of greens, add more nuts if desired, choice of cheese. Top with small spoonful of stir-fry for color and variety. Compliment with a few more cold veggies and dig in!
