WHOLE WHEAT PIZZA CRUST
TOMATO SAUCE
MINCED GARLIC
HOT PEPPER PASTE
GRILLED CHICKEN BREAST
CHORIZO
GREEN ONION
CANNED / PEELED POTATOES
PINEAPPLE
CURRY POWDER
FETA CHEESE
MEXICAN WHITE CHEESE
Mix minced garlic, hot pepper paste and a few tablespoons of tomato sauce. Spread on to whole wheat pizza crust (my favorite is from Trader Joe's). Crumble or shred grilled chicken breast (ours was leftover from grilling the weekend prior). Dollop small amounts of chorizo onto meatless areas. Cover with your favorite veggies, available fruits and desired cheeses and spices. Bake in a 425 degree oven for 10-15 minutes, or until cheese is melted and crust edges are golden brown. Enjoy!
